Semi-automatic packing solution for delivery table
LPS Delivery System 12-2800 is a semi-automatic packing solution designed to work directly with the delivery section of a folder-gluer. The system supports fast manual packing of folded cartons into master boxes while keeping the process organized, ergonomic and ready for further automation.
The carton is positioned at an angle, which makes packing easier for the operator and improves the flow of products coming from the delivery table. The system can work with different types of boxes and allows very quick job changeover, making it suitable for production environments with frequent format changes.
Depending on the required capacity, the system can be operated by one or two people. With one operator, the estimated capacity is up to 50,000 boxes per hour. With two operators, the capacity can reach up to 75,000 boxes per hour.
LPS Delivery System 12-2800 can also be connected with AMR pallet logistics, allowing automatic transport of pallets between the packing area, warehouse and further production zones.
