Semi-Automatic Packing Solution for Bobst Handypack or FAS Tunkers
LPS Delivery System 3000 is a semi-automatic packing solution designed for lines equipped with Bobst Handypack or FAS Tunkers delivery systems. It supports fast, ergonomic and organized manual packing of folded cartons into master boxes, while keeping the process flexible for different product formats.
The system is designed for quick job changeover, with an estimated changeover time of around 1 minute. The carton is positioned at an angle, making the packing process easier and more comfortable for the operator during continuous production.
An integrated carton turning station allows the product orientation to be adjusted before packing. Boxes can be positioned with the longer or shorter side in the rack, depending on the required packing layout and carton format.
The system can be operated by one or two people, depending on the required production capacity. It can also be integrated with AMR pallet logistics, allowing a more autonomous flow of pallets between the packing area, warehouse and further production zones.
