LPS DT180 – Carton Turner

LPS DT180 is a carton turning module designed to change the orientation of boxes before the automatic packing process. The module is installed between the compression section and the automatic packer, allowing the product to enter the carton in the required position.

The system is suitable for most types of boxes and supports flexible production layouts where product orientation is important for correct packing. It can work either in 180-degree turning mode or in straight run mode, depending on the job requirements.

Changeover from 180-degree turn to straight run is fast and simple. The operator only needs to change the position of one table, which makes the system practical for lines with frequent format or layout changes.
