LPS DT10 is an automatic palletizing station designed for efficient stacking of sealed cartons on pallets. The system supports end-of-line automation by reducing manual handling and improving the repeatability of pallet loading.
The station can reach a capacity of up to 13 cartons per minute and is equipped with automatic spacer feeding. With a load capacity of up to 25 kg, DT10 is suitable for handling filled master cartons in packaging production lines.
The system can be designed with special racks prepared for easy pick-up by AMR robots. This allows DT10 to work as part of an automated pallet logistics process, where full pallets are collected and empty pallets are delivered without manual transport.
Profinet communication ensures smooth cooperation with LPS machines, AMR robots and remote service systems. The station can also support label orientation and a 90-degree installation turn option, depending on the layout of the production line.
