Semi-Automatic Packing Solution for Bobst Handypack or FAS Tunkers
LPS Delivery System 3000-180 Compact Version is a compact semi-automatic packing solution designed for production lines equipped with Bobst Handypack or FAS Tunkers delivery systems. It is developed for plants that need ergonomic manual packing, flexible box orientation and efficient use of production space.
The compact version keeps the key advantages of the LPS Delivery System 3000, while reducing the required floor space. It supports fast product handling after the delivery section and helps operators pack folded cartons into master boxes in a more organized and repeatable way.
The system includes a carton turning function, allowing boxes to be positioned with the longer or shorter side in the rack before packing. This gives more flexibility when working with different formats, packing layouts and customer requirements.
LPS Delivery System 3000-180 Compact Version can be operated by one or two people and can be connected with further transport or AMR pallet logistics to improve the flow of finished cartons.
