LPS DT20 – Pallet Wrapper

LPS DT20 is an automatic pallet wrapping station designed for end-of-line packaging and pallet securing. The system wraps full pallets with stretch film, helping stabilize finished products before storage or shipment.

The station can reach a capacity of up to 30 pallets per hour and is equipped with automatic film feeding and automatic film cut-off. This reduces manual handling and keeps the wrapping process repeatable during continuous production.

A key advantage of the DT20 is the possibility to wrap the pallet without removing it from the AMR. This saves time, simplifies pallet logistics and supports a more autonomous flow between palletizing, wrapping and warehouse areas.

The wrapper can also be secured with safety fences and safety scanners, depending on the factory layout and required safety concept.
