LPS DT30 – Case Turner

LPS DT30 is a case turning module designed to be installed between the automatic tape sealer and the palletizing station. Its main function is to change the orientation of sealed cases before palletizing, allowing the line to match the required pallet pattern and production layout.

The system is designed for fast operation and quick job changeover. Switching from case turning mode to straight run mode can be done with one button press, which makes the module practical for lines with changing product formats or different palletizing requirements.

With a linear operation capacity of up to 10 cases per minute, LPS DT30 supports efficient end-of-line flow without unnecessary manual handling.
