Autonomous Mobile Robot for Pallet Logistics
KUKA AMR 1500 is an autonomous mobile robot designed for automatic pallet transport in end-of-line production and warehouse logistics. It allows full pallets to be moved between the packing area, palletizing station, pallet wrapper and warehouse without manual forklift operation.
The robot uses LIDAR navigation, so there is no need to paint floor lanes or install guide wires. This makes the system easier to adapt to existing factory layouts and future production changes.
With a lifting capacity of up to 1500 kg and a speed of up to 1.6 m/s, KUKA AMR 1500 is suitable for transporting loaded pallets in industrial environments. The battery life reaches up to 12 hours, while charging from 20% to 90% takes around 1 hour.
The robot is equipped with safety scanners that protect against collisions with people and obstacles. It meets high safety standards, including ISO 13849-1, Performance Level d, supporting safe operation in production areas.
