AMR Full Pallet Buffer Stations
AMR Full Pallet Buffer Stations are dedicated storage positions designed for automatic handling of full pallets in end-of-line automation systems. After palletizing or wrapping, the AMR robot can transport full pallets from the production line and place them in predefined buffer positions.
This solution helps organize the flow of finished pallets between the packing area, palletizing station, pallet wrapper and warehouse zone. It reduces the need for forklift movement close to the production line and allows pallet logistics to work in a safer, more structured and repeatable way.
Each pallet position is prepared for easy AMR access, so the robot can collect or deposit pallets without manual handling. The system can be adapted to the required number of pallet positions, available floor space and internal logistics process.
